We specialise in supplying genuine golf grips from trusted suppliers, alongside professional golf club regripping, mobile fitting and collection-and-return services.
By placing an order or booking a service with us, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

3. Products and Availability
We aim to ensure that all products displayed on our website are accurately described, priced and photographed.
All golf grips sold by Grip & Rip Golf are genuine products sourced through trusted suppliers.
Product availability is subject to stock levels. In the unlikely event that an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or provide a refund.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, availability and prices without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already accepted.
4. Pricing and Payments
All product prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Delivery charges and any additional applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.
Following your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline an order where there has been a genuine pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken and we cannot fulfil the order, a full refund will be provided.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Grip & Rip Golf offers delivery to customers throughout the United Kingdom.
Our standard delivery charge is currently £2.99 per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are generally 2–4 working days, although delivery times may vary depending on order processing, courier services, public holidays and unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly and notify customers of any significant delays.
Responsibility for goods remains with Grip & Rip Golf until they are delivered into the physical possession of the customer or their nominated recipient, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
If an order is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
Customers purchasing products online generally have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please email info@gripandripgolf.co.uk within the cancellation period.
Following cancellation, products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Customers may inspect products as they reasonably would in a physical shop. We may make a lawful deduction from a refund where handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods has reduced their value.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods.
Where an entire order is cancelled under the statutory cancellation right, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe, using the original payment method wherever possible.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including covering reasonable return costs where required.
Certain statutory cancellation exceptions may apply to genuinely personalised or custom-made products. Any applicable exception will be explained before purchase.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
7. Golf Club Regripping Services
Grip & Rip Golf provides professional golf club regripping services, including mobile fitting and fitting of customer-supplied grips.
Fitting charges are quoted separately from the purchase price of grips unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Our standard fitting charges are currently:
- £3 per club when purchasing grips directly from Grip & Rip Golf.
- £4 per club when customers provide their own grips.
Additional charges, including travel or collection-and-return fees, may apply and will be agreed before work begins.
We aim to complete all regripping work with reasonable care and skill.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any known damage, previous repairs or unusual conditions affecting their clubs before work begins.
If we identify an issue that may affect the safe completion of the requested work, we will discuss this with the customer before proceeding.
Any damage caused by a failure on our part to exercise reasonable care and skill will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.
8. Mobile Fitting and Collection-and-Return Services
Our mobile regripping and collection-and-return services are offered within selected service areas, subject to availability.
Customers may arrange for their clubs to be collected, professionally regripped and returned at a mutually agreed time.
Where available, we aim to offer collection and return within a 24-hour window or another agreed timeframe. This is subject to scheduling, grip availability and the work required.
Any applicable travel, collection or return charges will be confirmed before the booking is accepted.
Customers should ensure that their clubs are available at the agreed collection or fitting time.
If a booking needs to be rearranged, we ask that customers provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
We will take reasonable care of all equipment while it is in our possession.
9. Cancellation of Regripping Bookings
Customers wishing to cancel or rearrange a regripping appointment should contact us as soon as possible.
For service contracts entered into online, by telephone or away from our business premises, customers may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right beginning when the contract is made.
If a customer expressly requests that work begins during this period, they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided if they subsequently cancel.
Where a service has been fully completed during the cancellation period following the customer’s express request and acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost upon full completion, that right may no longer apply.
Any such consent or acknowledgement will be obtained separately where legally required.
These terms do not affect the customer’s rights where services have not been carried out with reasonable care and skill.
10. Customer-Supplied Equipment
Customers using our regripping services agree to provide golf clubs and equipment that they are legally entitled to have serviced.
While we take reasonable precautions when handling equipment, customers should notify us of any existing defects, loose components, unusual shaft conditions or previous damage.
We reserve the right to decline work where we reasonably believe completing the service could result in unsafe equipment or damage.
If additional work is required beyond the original quotation, we will seek customer approval before proceeding.
11. Website Use
Customers agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
You must not attempt to disrupt the operation of the website, access restricted systems without authorisation, or use the website for fraudulent activity.

Product names, manufacturers’ logos and trademarks displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Liability
Grip & Rip Golf is committed to supplying quality products and providing professional services.
We are responsible for losses or damage caused by our failure to comply with applicable legal obligations, including our obligation to use reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits or removes customers’ statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.
14. Privacy and Personal Information
We collect and process personal information where necessary to manage orders, payments, delivery, bookings and customer communications.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
Please refer to our website’s Privacy Policy for further information about how your data is collected, used and protected.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes to our business operations, products, services or legal obligations.
Any updated terms will be published on this website with a revised update date.
Changes will not retrospectively alter the contractual terms applying to orders already accepted.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable UK law, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights or rights relating to the appropriate courts.
